If you are looking for assistance with weight loss we have qualified Personal Trainers and a huge range of cardio equipment, or if you are looking to increase muscle mass, we have a large, open weights area with free weights, olympic bars and kettle bells.

Dedicated to Fitness or d2f to our friends, offers a wide range of programs for all ages and abilities. We have U3A classes during the day, and also off a Free Creche during the busy morning and afternoons sessions.

Learn to Swim classes are our speciality. With classes running all year in our indoor heated pool. Private lessons are also welcome for children and adults.
