We have a great range of group fitness classes for you to attend. With the world famous LesMills classes along with a great selection of fresh freestyle classes designed to be fun and achieve great results. We have an extensive timetable and two Studios for Group fitness.

As part of your membership, we offer a crèche at no extra cost. Bookings are required, as we have limited spaces available at peak times, so please book ahead. We can only offer this service on normal Monday to Friday working days, there is no creche available on Public Holidays
Weekends and Public Holidays Creche is not open.
*PLEASE NOTE :We are happy to take booking for Creche for Classes that start at 6:30pm and end at 7:30pm . Please book these in at least 24hours before hand, this will ensure staff are available for the service.

Our Personal Trainers are here to help you reach your goals quickly and in a sustainable manner. We can design an exercise program for you if you are just starting out, or off to the next Olympics ! Our Fully Qualified Trainers are specialists in, and can design a program for you targeting: Weight loss, Muscle toning, increase cardio/endurance fitness, Strength and Conditioning for all sports, Body Building and Body Sculpting, Boxing, Cycling, and general Health and wellbeing.
We have a range of Personal Training (PT) options available. 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions available, either one on one, or a couple or bring your friends for a Group PT session.
